A cell contains a single unicode character, with associated formatting data including style, color, and color palette.
Double-wide characters are flagged to permit visually merging the cell to the right. Colors are either looked up in a palette by index, or, when the fg_truecolor or bg_truecolor flag is set, taken from the cell's true color entry (see Evas_Textgrid_Truecolor).
